General Manager Full-Service Restaurant

Miami l We are looking an General Manager for a new Concept! We are looking for a dynamic individual who has 5 years minimum experience as an General Manager in a high volume full-service restaurant with $5million in revenue or more preferred. INTRODUCTION
This position is a General Manager supporting the Restaurant Organization. The Organization is a multi-level managed, for profit organization responsible for the management, development and promotion of the restaurant. The Restaurant Organization is committed to the encouragement, health, safety and welfare of its employees. The Organization consists of multiple locations located in New York and Florida. Each restaurant is made up of one or multiple full-service dining areas, bars and kitchens under organization jurisdiction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The General Manager is positioned as the senior most, on-site member of s management. As a leading member of on-site management, the General Manager is responsible for oversee and providing assistance in all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, maintenance, customer service, sales, marketing, food, beverage, budgeting and human resources. Our General Manager is positioned to ensure Company goals are met in a timely fashion by effectively managing Company personnel and resources. As a disciplined, respected and approachable leader, the General Manager is well versed in all aspects of restaurant operations and capable of assisting, training or covering for any member of the service staff. A stickler for detail, the General Manager keeps a heightened awareness of staff activities in a constant effort to improve their skill set. A General Manager persists Company goals to increase revenue, lower day-to-day cost, maintain labor targets and participates in the promotion of the restaurant. The General Manager assumes the accountability for administrative management duties, executing/verifying all corporate or vendor submissions. The incumbent reports directly to the Director of Operations. The position requires a fast-paced, organized self-driven leader who possesses the ability to perform calmly in a fast paced dynamic restaurant environment..

Salary: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
