ROUND ROCK l Kitchen position

Palermo Pasta House, a family owned and operated Italian restaurant seeks personnel to prep and cook on the line. Majority of products house made and prepped. Scratch kitchen and fast pace.

Clean appearance, punctuality, reliability, respect for all people and family oriented lifestyle are essential.
Location is in Round Rock, so residing close by is desired.

Kitchen staff is a small tightly knit group that is motivated and works at fast pace.

Shift hours are Tue to Sat, 200 to close. Sunday 11 to close. We are closed Mondays.

Technical requirements:
1. Safe use of kitchen knifes for slicing, dicing and chopping.
2. Safe use of hobart style floor mixer and deli slicer.
3. Familiarity with sanitation and kitchen cleaning procedures.
4. Ability to read, label and rotate products.
5. Ability to work sautee station with multiple orders at once .
6. Ability to read, interpret and carry out recipes with specific weight and measures.
7. Willingness and capacity to learn and grow as the output of the kitchen increases.

Buscando Cocinero para restaurante familiar de comida italiana en Round Rock, Palermo Pasta House.
Platillos son hechos en casa dentro de un ritmo de trabajo rápido con un equipo motivado y pequeño.

Requerimientos del personal son de apariencia profesional, puntualidad, confiabilidad y respeto a sus colaboradores. Somos un ambiente familiar.

Ubicación en Round Rock, por lo tanto, se prefiere residir cercano.

Horario del trabajo es martes a sabado, de 200 a cerrar. Domingo de 11 a cerrar. Cerrado los Lunes.

Requerimientos técnicos
1. Uso eficiente de cuchillos de concina para rebanar y picar.
2. Uso de rebanadora y mescladora tipo "Hobart".
3. Conocimiento de procedimientos limpieza y saneamiento de cocina.
4. Poder leer, etiquetar, y rotar productos.
5. Poder trabajar la estacion de sartenes, con varios pedidos al mismo tiempo.
6. Conocimiento de pesar y medir para elaboración de las recetas.
7. Entusiasmo para aprender y crecer dentro de la posición.
